Hoblie Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Easy-to-Understand Summary

🗓️ You can return your Hoblie kit within 7 days of ordering.

📦 The product must be unused and sealed.

💥 If you receive a damaged or incomplete kit, we’ll help fix it.

💳 Refunds are processed once we get the returned product.

🔁 We only exchange if something is missing in the box.

❌ Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours (or before shipping).

1. Return Policy

Return Window:
Products are eligible for return within 7 days of order placement. Any request after that will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return:

  • The product must be unused and sealed with shrink wrap intact.
  • Returns are not accepted for bulk orders (more than 5 items).
  • Returns will not be accepted for change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction.

Damaged or Incomplete Kits:
If your kit arrives damaged or with missing components, please reach out to us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or resolve the issue. No additional cost needs to be bared, we'll take care.

How to Initiate a Return (In case of not needed or change of mind)

1. Email help@hoblie.com or whatsapp +91 9016028218 with your order ID, product name, return reason and images of product.
2. Our team will guide you to:

  • Either ship the product back to our warehouse, OR
  • We’ll schedule a reverse pickup with a shipping fee deducted from the refund amount.

2. Refund Policy

Once we receive and verify your return, a refund will be initiated.

Refunds will be:

  • Processed to the original payment method (for prepaid orders).
  • Issued within **7–14 business days** from approval.
  • Deducted with shipping/reverse logistics charges, if applicable.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order OR before the product is shipped.

If cancellation is not possible due to shipment dispatch, you may proceed with a return request post-delivery. Shipping fees will be non-refundable in such cases.

4. Exchanges (If Applicable)

Exchanges will be only entertained in the following cases:

  • Missing items from the package.
  • Email or call us within 3 days of receiving the kit.

Not eligible for exchange:

  • Disliking the product theme or design.
  • Personal preference or subjective dissatisfaction.
