Processing Time
We dispatch all orders within next day (however some orders may de dispatched in 2 working days) of order placement.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday, excluding national and local holidays.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
Metro cities: 2–4 business days
Other regions: 4–6 business days
Remote and special zones: Kashmir, Ladakh Northeast India, remote towns in Himachal & Uttarakhand: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges
FREE shipping on all orders above ₹900
For orders below ₹900, a ₹80 shipping fee applies
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across most pin codes
A ₹50 cash handling fee is applicable on all COD orders (levied by delivery partners)
Tip: Choose prepaid to save on additional fees.
Delays and Exceptions
While we do our best to meet delivery timelines, there may be delays due to:
- Weather disruptions
- Public holidays or strikes
- Operational delays from courier partners
We’ll always keep you informed via email or WhatsApp if your order is significantly delayed.
